I’m a writer, editor, and content strategist with a background in journalism, publishing, and mission-driven communications. I’m dedicated to telling thoughtful, audience-centered stories that explore the connections between people, animals, and the world around us.
Over the past 15 years, I’ve developed editorial content across magazines, nonprofits, digital platforms, and brand communications, with experience spanning feature writing, copyediting, editorial planning, and storytelling strategy. Since returning to the Bay Area in 2022, I’ve focused on animal welfare communications, creating content that strengthens community engagement and supports advocacy efforts.
When I’m away from the keyboard, I’m usually birding, whale watching, thrift shopping, or spending time outdoors with my senior pug mix, Pepper-Ann.
